Garbage Day

The City of Emerado has partnered with Waste Management for Sanitation. Garbage Day is every Tuesday, unless otherwise posted.  Please have your Garbage container placed curb side by 7:00am each Tuesday. Overfilled containers could be subject to extra charges. No garbage may be left next to the container, and it will NOT be collected by WM or the City.

Dumpsters emptied on Wednesdays.

Independence Day, Saturday, July 4th

Residential:

Independence Day is on Saturday, July 4th, and we will be closed. Weekday collections will experience a delay of one day. Please have your carts in place and prepared for pickup until they've been collected. 

Commercial:

Independence Day is on Saturday, July 4th, and we will be closed. Weekday collections may experience a delay of up to one day. Please ensure your containers are accessible and unobstructed until service is completed.
