4th Annual Emerado Tree Lighting Ceremony

Join us Saturday, December 7th on Main Street in Emerado as we kick-off the holiday season with the 4th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony!

The event kicks off at 5pm at the Emerado School, where you can enjoy some popcorn and warm drinks! Grab an itinerary and your activity bag and head out the door, hop on a one of our warm shuttle busses driven by Santa's Little Helpers and take a ride down Main Street to see all of the beautiful lights! The shuttle will take you to the Emerado City Hall where you and your family can meet our Mayor and some of the City Staff and collect a little gift from the City!

From there, guests will walk across the road to the Emerado Fire Department for some arts, crafts, and some holiday treats. You can even check out the Fire Trucks and meet some of Emerado's Bravest!

Next up is a tour of the Emerado Community Museum where you can see ton's of awesome items from our Community's History! The Museum, in conjunction with the Emerado Community Food Pantry will be providing a FREE Christmas Tree Ornament while supplies last!

Finally, make your way down to the Emerado Community Center for some snacks, Holiday music, a movie, and await the arrival of SANTA & MS. CLAUS in their special Holiday Ride! Make sure you sign up for the TURKEY GIVEAWAY, to be announced just before tree is lit for the Holiday Season! At 6:50pm, all will gather around the official Emerado Community Christmas Tree for the lighting ceremony!

This is a free event is organized by an outstanding committee of volunteers who take their time to decorate the area and plan this event! We sure hope you can all attend and enjoy this special event!

Please park at the Emerado School to we can make Main Street as safe as possible for all. Make sure you dress for the weather as a vast majority of the event is outdoors!
